One of my favorite things to do in Asia is get a foot massage. Especially since I find myself walking a ton more here than when I’m back in the U.S. I just can’t get enough foot massages, but finding a hygenic place that is affordable and does a great job isn’t always easy. Luckily, we ran into The Foot Shop. They are clean and their masseuses do a great job!
The Foot Shop
서을 용산구 한남동 737-28 안성타워 309호 (3rd Floor 737-28 Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul)
Take subway to Itaewon Station and use exit #2. Go straight until you see Hana Bank and then go up to the 3rd floor.
The Foot Shop is open from 11 AM to 3 AM, which is great! So they have regular prices and prices for members. Membership basically means that you put money on a VIP card in advance (the card is free and all the money you put on it goes towards your massages). In addition to getting a discounted price, if you pay cash for your VIP card you get an additional discount (for example if you pay 200,000 won on the card you get 220,000 won in credit). With the membership, the price for 1 hour of foot massage or body massage is 33,000 won.
Once you arrive, you remove your shoes and place them in a small locker. You then take your key and go into the locker room and change into their clothes. Next, they give you a foot soak and your masseuses come to get you for your massage.
The massages are always great and it is great place to go and relax. If you love a good massage, I would definitely recommend this place.
