I remember when my dad used to make this dish for dinner. I always wondered how a dish with ketchup could taste so good, but here I am trying to recreate the dish! It’s particularly good over rice, I mean it’s really the sweet, spicy and savory flavors of the sauce that make it so tasty.
The dish is actually quite simple and doesn’t require a lot of ingredients. I like to leave the heads and shells on the shrimp, but you can certainly remove them off. Also, if you really like the sauce, you could double the sauce ingredients. I hope you like it!
