Asian Style Sweet & Spicy Shrimp

I remember when my dad used to make this dish for dinner.  I always wondered how a dish with ketchup could taste so good, but here I am trying to recreate the dish! It’s particularly good over rice, I mean it’s really the sweet, spicy and savory flavors of the sauce that make it so tasty.

The dish is actually quite simple and doesn’t require a lot of ingredients.  I like to leave the heads and shells on the shrimp, but you can certainly remove them off.  Also, if you really like the sauce, you could double the sauce ingredients. recipe.pngI hope you like it!
